Unrestrained rebellion for freedom and against the authority of jesus and the Bible. There were who that wore braids, beads, tie-die t-shirts, long hair, and loose dresses. There were some who lived in cities and many who lived in counties. The self-will, the blasting music... this was the "Hippy Generation"

"It was an attempt to rebel against the values our parents had pushed on us. We were trying to get back to touching and relating and living." -Lisa Law, 1985
